Sweet Palace SEO Dashboard

Sweet Palace SEO Dashboard is an internal reporting tool operated by Sweet Palace for sweetpalacecandy.shop. It uses Google Apps Script to read authorized Google Search Console search-performance data and refresh a private Google Sheet daily. It is not a customer sign-in service or a publicly available reporting application.

The dashboard reports a rolling three-month window of clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, search queries, and landing pages for the store. Recent days may be excluded while Google finalizes its data.

Data accessed: With the store owner's authorization, the tool reads Google Search Console performance data for sweetpalacecandy.shop, including dates, search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position. Google controls which queries are available and may omit some for privacy. The tool does not request Gmail messages, customer orders, payment information, or permission to change Search Console settings.

Purpose and storage: Data is used only to monitor Sweet Palace's search performance. Reports are stored in the owner's Google Sheet and processed by Google Apps Script and Google APIs. The Sheet is private unless its owner changes sharing. This public information page does not display the reports. The script does not send reporting data to an external analytics provider or an AI service. Any later sharing or export by the owner is a separate action.

Retention and deletion: Each successful refresh replaces the reporting tabs with a rolling three-month window. Google Sheets may retain prior versions and deleted files according to Google's settings. The owner can stop future imports by removing the Apps Script trigger or revoking the application's Google Account access, and can remove the stored reports by deleting the spreadsheet and its retained copies where available.

Authorization and security: Google handles account authorization. The script uses Google's managed authorization rather than storing a password or API key in the Sheet. Search Console access is read-only; spreadsheet access is limited to the spreadsheet in which the script is installed. Permission to run unattended supports daily refresh. Revoking access stops future authorized API calls but does not automatically erase previously imported data.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is not sold or used for advertising, credit decisions, or general-purpose AI model training.
